    ABOUT THE COMPANY:
    Pantogran, DBA CARD, is looking for passionate professionals to join their team in providing top-quality ABA therapy for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. With a mission to offer exceptional treatment globally, they aim to make a difference in the lives of those diagnosed with ASD.

    POSITION AVAILABLE:

    Behavior Technician

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Behavior Technicians play a crucial role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for patients and families under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. They work in various settings to address skill development and challenging behaviors and report to the CARD Operations Manager.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide direct treatment following the Clinical Supervisor's guidance
    • Deliver high-quality treatment exceeding clinical standards
    • Accurately record patient progress data
    • Implement feedback for continuous improvement
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
    • Create a safe and supportive environment
    • Engage in personal growth and training
    • Maintain precise records and ensure HIPAA compliance
    • Represent the company ethically to all stakeholders
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures
    • Perform other assigned duties

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Completion of CARD Behavior Technician Training program
    • Preferred experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

    SKILLS and ABILITIES:
    • Empathetic and compassionate with strict confidentiality
    • Collaborative, positive, and solution-focused attitude
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Excellent time management and adaptability
    • Continuous learning mindset
    • Willingness to work in various locations and with different patients
    • Reliable transportation and commitment to at least six months of employment
    • Proficient in English, with the ability to pass a tuberculosis test

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    Treatment sessions may take place in diverse locations including homes, centers, schools, communities, or through telehealth. Behavior Technicians work both indoors and outdoors, moving between different settings throughout the day.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Interact with patients in various positions and environments
    • Move frequently around settings to engage with patients
    • Adapt to different patient behaviors and conditions
    • Monitor patients and surroundings continuously
    • Teach vocal and motor skills to patients
    • Work in indoor and outdoor settings, including varied weather conditions
    • Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. when needed
