Schedule:
morning and afternoons. 5am to 11pm 7 days a week.

They will have 2 days off in a row**
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Staff Chef is responsible for preparing foods for patients, cafeteria and special functions.

Prepares and cooks bulk quantities of food from standardized recipes. Determines quantity of food to be prepared. Taste tests food to ensure quality.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 2+ years related food service experience and related customer service experience. Volume food production, aseptic techniques for food preparation.

Education/Licensure/Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent.
