Hiring an experienced and skilled RBT/BT for clients in Fairfax county area. the position will start as part-time and will convert to full-time within a month.Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties
- You will be required to travel to the homes of clients and provide one on one therapy, following the ABA program set up by the Boardcertified behavioral analyst.
- You must make yourself available for supervision, phone conferences and team meetings deemed necessary by your supporting BCBA.
- You must have a vehicle to commute from each location and be prompt to every appointment
- All data from each session should be collected and entered electronically daily (we provide training on our electronic systems)
Behavior technician/Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 1 year as an ABA Therapist
- Registered behavior technicians are preferred.
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a national equivalent.
- Great writing and verbal communication
- Willing to have a background check
Note:
Tuition reimbursement shall be implemented according to IABS policy.
