Home Health LVN's for an amazing company that truly cares about our staff and patients.


Schedule:
Monday To Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Able to work weekends as needed)


Registered Nurse - Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state in which practicing.
• One year's experience, preferred.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.

Home Health LVN - Benefits:

• Salary: $ $35.00 per hour

Home Health LVN - Responsibilities:

• Assess and chart observations of the patient's condition at each visit.
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
• Administer Physicianprescribed medication.
• Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
• Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
• Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient
