SUMMARY


We are seeking a Trade Show and Events Specialist to play a key part in executing a dynamic global events program.

As Trade Show & Events Specialist, you will be a part of planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the events program for Marketing.

This role reports to the Head of Brand and Comms, and works cross-functionally with colleagues in Growth Marketing, Brand, Sales, Creative, and Finance.

You will manage the production, tracking and execution of Lytx trade shows and events hosted worldwide, from large industry association-sponsored conferences to Lytx-run and managed events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and communicate preshow consultation and planning, venue selection and event flow
  • Secure Lytx booth location at key shows, along with show communication, printing and shipping, budget management, related travel arrangements, staffing, and postshow followup and reporting
  • Ensure proper setup, venue arrangements, and vendor coordination
  • Deliver postshow assessment
  • Manage trade show calendar, project timelines, and budget
  • Surface eventrelated activation opportunities for Marketing partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to identify which trade shows and events best support the GTM business for the year
  • Manage and oversee the Lytx Driver of the Year / Coach of the Year awards program with Sales

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in trade show execution
  • Ability to collaborate across functions to orchestrate successful events
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ontheground collaboration, communication and problem solving
  • Experience managing to a budget and account for all eventrelated expenses
  • Familiarity in marketing technology (Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.

The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is:

$ $41.17
