    Basic Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related technical field, is required. Agile experience preferred.

    CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

    Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

    As an Entry-Level Embedded Software Engineer, you'll research, design, develop, modify, and maintain enterprise-wide systems and embedded software applications that meet product specifications and program schedules. You will work effectively in multi-disciplined engineering teams where communication and innovation are key.

    What you bring to the table:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer or Software Engineering or a related technical field with an emphasis in Embedded Software Development
    • Clear understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
    • Clear understanding of the software development process
    • Basic understanding of software development tools such as Integrated Development Environments (IDE) as well as version control systems and defect reporting tools
    • Basic understanding of Unix/Linux/VxWorks, and real-time operating systems

    What sets you apart:

    • Advanced Degree in relevant field of study
    • Coursework in implementing signal processing algorithms on General Purpose Processors (GPPs) and Graphics Processing Units (GPUs)
    • Exposure to git

    One last thing:
