RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner inperson & on the phone
  • Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Maintain office supplies for specific location

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
