We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our dynamic team at Kirtland AFB. As a Senior Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
  2. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industries for expansion.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to set sales goals, strategies, and action plans.
  5. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address client inquiries and concerns.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  10. Report on sales performance and provide insights to the sales leadership team.

Job Requirements:
