Description

We are a medium-sized construction company, operating as a general contractor with a focus on "turnkey construction", primarily in Berlin and surrounding areas. The company also acts as a project developer and has a dedicated team of qualified employees.

What can you expect?

• You will be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, with a focus on accounts payable
• You will perform account reconciliations and clarifications
• You will handle cash management and travel expense reporting
• You will process incoming and outgoing mail and be responsible for reporting and certification as well as master data maintenance
• You will assist in the preparation of monthly reporting and annual financial statements

What should you bring?

• You have successfully completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or financial accountant (m/f/d) at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce
• You have good Datev knowledge and at least three years of professional experience in accounts payable
• You are a team player and have a quick grasp
• You are characterized by discretion and reliability
• You have proficient knowledge of common MS Office programs
• A careful, structured and independent way of working completes your profile
