working student (all genders) with a focus on recruiting.

You support us with the following topics:

You find top talent through social media and other channels and actively approach them
You gradually take on your own positions and can gain first experience in conducting interviews
You have the opportunity to take on your own projects

WHAT YOU BRING:

You are enrolled at a university or college (business administration, business psychology, or similar)
You are interested in human resources work and ideally have already gained some experience
You are communicative, proactive, and find creative solutions
You have a responsible and highly structured way of working that helps you keep track of everything
You think outside the box and have a cando mindset :)
