For our new daycare center in Poppenbüttel, Hanna, IN, we are currently seeking or later hiring full-time or part-time educators and social pedagogical assistants (m/f/d).


Our Kita Galaxie is a newly founded daycare center with three groups, including a nursery group (0-3 years), a family group, and an elementary group, caring for a total of approximately 61 children.

Our pedagogical work is based on the Reggio approach. The focus of our work is on dialogue between adults and children. Our professionals work with the strengths of the children, rather than against their weaknesses.


Responsibilities:

  • Lovingly introducing new children
  • Planning and implementing pedagogical activities/projects
  • Promoting the cognitive, emotional, and motor development of children
  • Parent work (conducting development discussions, etc.)
  • Organizing daily routines
  • General documentation work (e.g. creating portfolios)

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as an educator, social pedagogical assistant, or equivalent
  • Pedagogical expertise
  • Teamwork skills
  • Participation and empathy
