Object Manager Facility Management (Human)


Your responsibilities:

  • You are the central point of contact for the customer and their employees, and you excel at strengthening customer relationships. This creates added value for their business, increases customer retention, and explores additional service solutions to drive organic growth.
  • You are responsible for quality and performance control, as well as optimizing operational processes.
  • Your tasks include creating documentation and reports, as well as tracking warranties.
  • You are passionate about personnel selection and scheduling, as well as employee leadership, motivation, and development.
  • Reporting, budget monitoring, and optimization are second nature to you.
  • You are the first point of contact for all incidents or violations.
  • You take on the acquisition, proposal creation, and calculation of maintenance and operator contracts.
  • You support the joint expansion of the business with your expertise and necessary contributions.

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed training in building cleaning or a degree in Facility Management.
  • Ideally, you already have experience as an Object Manager in Facility Management.
