What to expect:


  • Together with your team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Littleville, AL
  • Professionally handle inquiries from customers of our partner insurance companies
  • Processing inbound calls from our customers (no sales, no legal advice)
  • Referring inquiries to the appropriate lawyers for individual and expert handling
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones
  • Identifying customer needs and providing all relevant information about the process
  • Careful documentation and maintenance of customer database in our case management program
  • Providing serviceoriented advice and support to customers with their individual inquiries

What you bring:

Your profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent German
  • Previous experience in customer service or commercial training
  • Reliability, customeroriented thinking, and strong customer focus
hours per week possible

What we promise:

- €2,400 - €2,600 gross per month based on 40 hours
