What to expect:
- Together with your team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Littleville, AL
- Professionally handle inquiries from customers of our partner insurance companies
- Processing inbound calls from our customers (no sales, no legal advice)
- Referring inquiries to the appropriate lawyers for individual and expert handling
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones
- Identifying customer needs and providing all relevant information about the process
- Careful documentation and maintenance of customer database in our case management program
- Providing serviceoriented advice and support to customers with their individual inquiries
What you bring:
Your profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent German
- Previous experience in customer service or commercial training
- Reliability, customeroriented thinking, and strong customer focus

- Legal background is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Google Suite
- Pleasant voice and friendly demeanor

What we promise:
- €2,400 - €2,600 gross per month based on 40 hours
