We are looking for a Collector / Collections Representative to join our team If you have previous collections and/or sales experience and interested in a unique opportunity in the Alternative Finance Industry, we want to hear from you

Job responsibilities are reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue advances, or other payments.

Collections representatives must be persistent and professional, with a thorough understanding of how to use the phone system and computer software related to the job.

While they should be courteous and understanding in dealing with customers, they will also need to be assertive from time to time.

Qualities you should possess are excellent communication and negotiation or customer service skills, strong organizational skills, strong work ethic within a call center setting, and good time management skills.

1+ years of Collections experience preferred. Competitive base salary plus bonus structure.
