- Oversee the daily operations of the admissions department, ensuring efficient management of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Lead, train, and manage admissions staff, fostering an environment of professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient intake processes and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize Google PPC campaigns, closely monitoring KPIs and metrics to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Utilize and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to align admissions strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide compassionate leadership, maintaining an understanding of the challenges faced by individuals seeking treatment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions management, preferably in a healthcare or substance abuse treatment setting.
- Proven track record of managing successful Google PPC campaigns and a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Strong experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
