Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a queue of students to obtain payments
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Collect payments and/or set up future payments
- Process payments
- Explain bills to customers and negotiate payment plans
- Place reminder calls to clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of billing, customer service, or collections experience
- Strong communication skills
- Previous work from home experience is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills
Job Details:
- Full Time, Shifts available M-F 8am 4pm. 2 days/week 1:30pm9:30pm/2pm10pm. 2 Sat./month 8am12pm
- Pay:
- Location: Remote (local to Philadelphia, PA)

From $16.00 per hour
