The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV) Berlin is a public corporation and an important key function in the healthcare system. We are responsible for ensuring the outpatient medical and psychotherapeutic care of those insured by law in the capital city. We guarantee this in cooperation with the medical profession at a high level of quality - around the clock. The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians Berlin (public corporation) is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals for its Quality Assurance department on a full-time basis (part-time possible) unlimited starting as soon as possible.

Team Leaders: Quality Assurance

Your responsibilities

Professional and disciplinary leadership, training and development of employees within the Quality Assurance department in close coordination with the department management

Ensuring the proper conduct of application procedures and associated random sample checks on a case-by-case basis

Preparation of board presentations and support in objection procedures

Implementation of new quality assurance procedures and interface with participating departments

Consultation and support of the team in complex issues and support in developing solutions and identifying problems and potential conflicts
