Job Summary:

The Part-Time Regular Float Pool Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Float Pool Program. Must demonstrate ability to set priorities and be adaptable to last minute changes. Must be able to handle assignments and work with diplomacy and efficiency and proactively anticipating needs. The incumbent must have a broad understanding of program goals and objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor FPP website management system and keep Managers informed
  • Review floaters release schedule for next assignments or possible extensions
  • Respond to incoming requests
  • Track open requisitions
  • Phone screen potential applicants regarding their skills and experience
  • Coordinate and schedule group interviews
  • Assist in completing all New Hire onboarding paperwork and submittals to HR
  • Complete all needed forms including but not limited to (eSAF, Float Pool Evaluations, Performance Feedback Forms and Termination Forms)
  • Coordinate monthly chargebacks and submitting to Finance
  • Review payroll and monitor punctuality and attendance for each employee
  • Assist with employee relations matters
  • Troubleshoot systems when necessary
  • Other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills a must
  • Friendly, professional, and helpful phone mannerisms required
  • Must be able to work under pressure both independently and in a team setting
  • Strong service orientation required

Annual Salary Ranges:
$64, $69,000.00


Note:

Our salary offers will fall within these ranges based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, skill set, training and education.
