ViDia Christian Clinics Karlsruhe are clinics for specialized care and an academic teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. With more than 3,200 employees, they are one of the largest employers in the Karlsruhe region. In total, the ViDia clinics treat around 200,000 patients annually in 19 clinics led by chief physicians, both inpatient and outpatient.


The
Central Pharmacy not only supplies its own hospital with four locations (1,000 beds), but also the Reha Geriatrie (65 beds) in KA-Rüppurr, a facility of another provider (89 beds), a psychosocial institution (60 beds), and the helicopter Christoph 43 of the German Air Rescue Service.

A major focus is the extensive production of sterile preparations (approximately 28,000 preparations per year) in the fields of oncology and ophthalmology.


We are currently looking for a
Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant / PTA (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible on a full-time basis.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Tasks related to the aseptic production of cytostatic preparations
  • Outpatient billing of cytostatic preparations as well as finished pharmaceutical products (prescription billing)
  • Compounding and dispensing of other pharmaceuticals, as well as analysis of starting materials
  • Ward rounds
  • Support of pharmacists in pharmaceutical activities
