    TRISTAR is seeking an Logistics Management Specialist I for our government customer located in Crane, IN


    Position Description:

    • The Logistics Management Specialist I will provide Logistics, Acquisition, and Data Base Inventory Management support for the Electro Optics Division

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Provide inventory shipping/receiving logistics support
    • Process DD1149/DD1348's
    • Provide Ad-Hoc reports
    • Maintain reports for repair and new assets
    • Issue spare parts
    • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
    • Track current and new IDIQ contract
    • Request Unique Material Master (UMM)
    • Schedule assets for acceptance testing
    • Submit Shop orders via SWMS, and updating SWMS plan
    • Review and develop Acceptance Test Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
    • Attend meetings

    Position Requirements:

    • 5 years Experience
    • Knowledge of iPDM, and ERP
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Project, Visio and Outlook)
    • Must be a US Citizen
    • An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one

    Education and Certifications:

    • High School

    COVID Policy: TRISTAR does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed in accordance with contract when work is performed at a customer site.
