Since 1996, we have also been recognized as a state-approved provider of youth welfare and a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband.
EDUCATION, UPBRINGING, CAREIn addition to a variety of recreational and educational activities, we offer children in our open all-day program a supervised study time with homework assistance, a daily lunch, as well as extracurricular activities, free play opportunities, and holiday care.
This position involves leading and working in an all-day group (also in tandem with the teacher in the morning, depending on the school's concept), as well as preparation and follow-up time and regular networking with the all-day team and management.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of quality management guidelines and the organization's mission statement
- Collaboration with parents
- Development and implementation of ageappropriate and needsbased recreational, educational, and creative activities
- Planning and supervision of study time and lunch for the children
- Holiday care
Requirements:
- Completed degree (Diploma/B.A. or M.A.) in Social Work, Education, Special Education, Childhood Education, or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, completed training as an educator, special education teacher, or similar
- Interest in pursuing further qualifications as an allday program specialist
- Experience working with elementary
