EDUCATION, UPBRINGING, CARE

In addition to a variety of recreational and educational activities, we offer children in our open all-day program a supervised study time with homework assistance, a daily lunch, as well as extracurricular activities, free play opportunities, and holiday care.

This position involves leading and working in an all-day group (also in tandem with the teacher in the morning, depending on the school's concept), as well as preparation and follow-up time and regular networking with the all-day team and management.


Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of quality management guidelines and the organization's mission statement
  • Collaboration with parents
  • Development and implementation of ageappropriate and needsbased recreational, educational, and creative activities
  • Planning and supervision of study time and lunch for the children
  • Holiday care

Requirements:

  • Completed degree (Diploma/B.A. or M.A.) in Social Work, Education, Special Education, Childhood Education, or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, completed training as an educator, special education teacher, or similar
  • Interest in pursuing further qualifications as an allday program specialist
  • Experience working with elementary
