The munerio consulting GmbH is a boutique personnel consulting firm with a clear industry focus of its personnel consultants in the field of mechanical and plant engineering, located in Berlin Treptow.

We support our partner companies in finding suitable specialists and executives in sales and engineering.


Due to increased requirements and tasks, we are currently seeking an employee to take over our financial processes, responsible for our accounting and first point of contact for all accounting questions and processes.


Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for preparatory accounting by processing and checking incoming invoices and providing them to the tax office
  • You create our outgoing invoices and send them to our clients
  • You monitor and process incoming payments
  • You are responsible for monitoring and processing reminders
  • You handle communication with the tax office, health insurance companies, service providers, and clients
  • You handle preparatory payroll accounting, including commission calculations
  • You manage our company pension scheme
  • You handle our vacation and sick leave management
  • You manage budgets and various contract matters
  • You work closely with the management team

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a commercial degree, or a comparable qualification
  • You have previous experience in preparatory accounting and have basic knowledge of accounting according to HGB and tax law, so that you are familiar with invoicing, for example
  • Ideally, you have experience with DATEV and have good computer skills
  • You work independently, very structured, and with great attention to detail
