Description

• Manage and coordinate production activities
• Maintain and update production, engineering backlog and schedules.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications
• Train and supervise production staff
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
• Be consultant for estimating and submittal drawings
• Oversee and maintain quality control

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to fabricate, assemble, and use hand tools and power tools
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, workflow, and streamlining processes
• Familiarity with large panel saws, CNC routers, edgebanders, and other large production oriented equipment
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
