- Pay: $25.20 per hour

- Work schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 630am, with bi-weekly pay
- Lead, monitor, and manage a team of 3 to 5 members effectively.
- Collaborate with Production Management and Supervisors.
- Conduct and delegate inspection activities using various gauges.
- Ensure product quality through inspection processes.
- Identify and resolve product quality issues.
- Adjust extrusion process parameters as needed.
- Maintain equipment and perform line maintenance tasks.
- Operate INOEX systems for material and product adjustments.
- Participate in product change-over processes.
- Investigate non-conforming products.
- Monitor output quality and adherence to standards.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately.
- Perform other delegated duties.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- 1-4 years' experience as Team Lead is a plus.
- Experience with inspection tools and hand tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Requires mobility, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50-75 lbs.
- Fast-paced setting with sensory attention.
- Exposure to various environmental factors.
