We aim to reshape the way homeowners shop for tiles and home decor. _- The Construction Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects. They act as liaisons between various stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. _

Responsibilities
- _Manage The Development Report - maintain accuracy and issue promptly. _
- _Assist CPMs with the management of construction schedules. _
- _Manage utilities for new store openings._
- _Assist with CAPEX invoice processing. Manage all department tracking reports. _
- _Maintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and internal customers. _
- _Ensure all owner-furnished materials (e.g. lighting, flooring, millwork, etc) are ordered and delivered according to the construction schedule. _
- _Ensure all financial closeout documents are complete, correct, and timely. _
- _Overall assistance with helping the Showroom Design and Construction department run smoothly. _
- _Assist in the preparation of presentations._
Qualifications
- _Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)._
- _Proven experience in construction coordination or project management within the construction industry._
- _Strong organizational skills and attention to detail._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite._
- _Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices._
- _Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment._
- _Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure._

$80, $100,000.00 per hour
