Job Overview:
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral therapy to patients, focusing on special education and children
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting
- Proficiency in patient assessment and data collection techniques
- Strong understanding of medical records and documentation
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams
