- Define and execute sourcing strategy for assigned categories, e.g., Services/Contract Labor, Technology/Software, etc.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure compliance with functional stakeholders, e.g., Legal, Privacy, IT, CISO, Finance
- Provide thought leadership and drive early engagement with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify optimizations, greater value, and lower total cost of ownership (TCO)
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, and supplier records.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or related field AND 2+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, operations
- High proficiency in processing transactions in an ERP system (Purchase Reqs, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Admin), negotiating contracts, and generating KPI reports and analyzing data
- Seeking someone with the ability to prioritize high volume of requests, while managing high internal customer satisfaction
