Your Responsibilities
Together with your colleagues, you will handle and process all customer complaints, whether by email, traditional mail, or phone. You will be part of a great team where you can work independently and take on responsibility.

In your role, you will use your communication skills and writing proficiency to handle all topics related to customer complaints:


  • Reviewing, recording, and processing incoming customer complaints
  • Communicating with service providers in the destination area
  • Working closely with the product, flight, and operations departments
  • Resolving claims for compensation
  • Evaluating and analyzing complaints
  • Contributing to the framework of quality management and optimizing internal processes in consultation with department management

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed training in the tourism industry or another commercial field
  • Experience in handling complaints in a tourism company is desirable
  • Ideally, some knowledge and experience in travel law
  • Good to excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of initiative, communication skills, and teamwork
  • Independent, structured, and solutionoriented work style
  • Excellent knowledge of Office365
