Shift:
Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm

  • We have a need for an external Registered Nurse, Value-Based Care Mgmt traveler for our clinics in Fort Myers (the will cover 56 clinics, based on patient volume).
  • 13week assignment
  • M-F; 8am 5pm.
  • The primary focus would be patient education and collaboration (no direct patient care, no oncall).
  • Current RN license in applicable state, and additional states as contracts require.
  • License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
  • Three (3) plus years of nephrology nursing experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis preferred.
  • Must meet any practice requirement

Pay:
$ $58.78 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
