Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Virtual or Onsite

Location: Madera, CA

Start Date: August 7, 2024

End Date: June 5, 2025

Hours: Full-Time hours per week)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Madera, CA for the upcoming school year. This position offers flexibility with the option to work virtually or onsite, and involves working primarily with elementary students, with some middle school caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, treat, and case manage speech and language disorders in students.
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services.
Conduct remote assessments as needed.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid California SLP license.
Experience with Special Education Information System (SEIS) is mandatory.
Bilingual preferred, not required
Willingness to evaluate, treat, and case manage.
Comfort with remote assessments is a plus.
Previous experience in California schools is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
