Your responsibilities:


  • Direct contact for complaints and quality issues for customers, suppliers, and our internal departments
  • Recording and processing of customer complaints in our ERP system, including further clarification, analysis, and escalation of complaints in collaboration with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
  • Evaluation and creation of credit notes/invoices in our merchandise management system
  • Batch tracking cooperation with quality management
  • Creation of evaluations/statistics

Your profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have initial professional experience in a similar role
  • You have excellent communication skills, a proactive and solutionoriented approach, and a handson mentality
  • Your work is structured, serviceoriented, organized, and independent
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form, as
