Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), OR; EMT-P, License in the State of Illinois
Education:High School/GED
Licenses/Certifications:American Heart Associate BLS for healthcare provider CPR

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Six or more months experience in a clinical healthcare environment.
Six or more months experience in supporting physical, emotional and psychosocial needs of patients
