Description
Our company is looking for an office assistant to join our team. We are a well established, fast-paced property management company with offices in Salinas and Soledad. The position is temporary, may become full time, Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm at our Salinas office. Bilingual essential.


Responsibilities include:
Maintain office files

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing

Greeting clients, tenants, and visitors

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

Tenant communications

Assist other staff in their duties

Always punctual

Has strong customer service skills

Can multi task and prioritize

Willing to support other staff with their tasks

Highly organized and detailed

Has excellent verbal, written, and social skills

Has experience using office equipment

Is a positive team player


Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent

At least 1 year office assistant experience or in related field

Bilingual, English and Spanish

Salary - From $16.00/hr to $17.50/hr depending on experience


Job Types:
Temporary, Temp-to-hire


Pay:
$ $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
