    Reporting to the VP, IT Infrastructure, Senior Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices to support our organization's digital transformation initiatives.

    This role requires expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, along with proficiency in tools and technologies including Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365 (M365), single sign-on (SSO), Okta, Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Windows, Linux, networking, and IT service management (ITSM).

    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role. This role will be based in our Nashville, TN office on a hybrid basis.

    What You Will Do:
    Manage and maintain Azure environments, including resource deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
    Implement and oversee security measures, identity management, access controls, and compliance standards within the Azure cloud.
    Optimize cloud expenditure and manage subscription and billing setups.
    Perform backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure data protection and availability.
    Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage applications within the Azure environment.
    Monitor system performance using Azure Monitor and other tools to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
    Document all operational processes and procedures regarding cloud management.
    Respond to and resolve incident and problem tickets related to Azure infrastructure.
    Keep abreast of new Azure features and functionalities, integrating them to enhance service offering.
    Develop and automate infrastructure deployments using Terraform.
    Configure and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, single sign-on (SSO), and Okta.
    Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production systems as needed.

    What You Will Have:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, or a related role.
    Proven experience as an Azure Administrator or similar role with deep knowledge of Azure services and architecture
    Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and data storage principles.
    Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation tasks.
    Experience with monitoring solutions, logging, and diagnostics in a cloud environment.
    Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Terraform.
    Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SSO, and Okta.
    Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals, and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.

    Certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent, are a plus.

    The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.

    In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
