For the Communications and IT Security Services division, Department of Testing, Acceptance, and Rollout of Communication Services, we are looking for a ServiceNow Expert (m/f/d) for our Münster and Hannover locations as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • You support projects with a focus on the digital expansion of our customer requirements using the ServiceNow platform
  • Establishment of automated interfaces to the surrounding communication platform
  • Design/programming of automation objects to optimize production processes and monitor the system platform
  • Conducting program and system tests and supporting error correction in test and acceptance environments
  • Documentation, maintenance, and quality assurance of the automated platform
