Summary:

RNDC is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Human Resources manager to join our HR team. This management position requires a Mid-Level HR Professional with extensive experience in Human Resources. As the Manager, Human Resources, you will act as a HR Business Partner for a field-based business unit, guiding the implementation of the RNDC Human Capital Strategic Plan. Responsibilities span various HR aspects including Talent Management, Employment Relations, Legal Compliance, Compensation Administration, Associate Workplace Experience, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Business Consulting/Coaching and Change Management. The Manager HR oversees the performance of their direct reports and plays a key role in shaping the human capital strategy for RNDC.

In this role, you will:

  • Relationship Management: Manage interactions to drive organizational success.
  • Organizational Leadership and Navigation: Direct initiatives within the organization to gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Communication: Exchange information effectively across all levels for impactful outcomes.
  • Ethical Practice: Infuse core values, integrity, and accountability in business practices.
  • Critical Evaluation: Interpret data to make informed business decisions.
  • Other Duties: Additional responsibilities as needed.

Supervisory Scope (Manager, HR role):

May oversee a HR Specialist or HR Administrator, ensuring executional excellence in line with the RNDC Human Capital Plan.

What you bring to RNDC:

Three to Seven years of HR Specialist experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, SHRM certification preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office, willingness to travel locally, and ability to use various computer systems and software solutions.
