What can you expect?

You will lead the employees and take on the responsibility for the largest branch of our company as well as the connected branches
You will manage sales activities and take on overarching control tasks in cooperation with our sales director for the entire branch business
You will be responsible for employee development and evaluation using our leadership tools, promote team building, and act as a multiplier for employees and managers
You will ensure the application of
