    Job Overview:

    We Help is a staffing agency looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to be placed at our client's fast-paced logistics and warehouse operation. The ideal candidate is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish or English and Chinese fluently, and has a knack for problem-solving and providing excellent customer service. After a 3-month period, the candidate could be hired directly by the client and could be eligible for additional benefits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (organizing data, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and logistics software

    Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, and to fulfill and expedite orders.

    Create and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.

    Work closely with the logistics team to provide customers with timely and accurate delivery updates.

    Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

    Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators relevant to the customer service department.

    Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures.
