The OCI Product Management team is a cross functional group that drives product strategy through a deep understand of Oracle's largest internal and external customers.
As a member of the team, this Principal Product Manager will be responsible for partnering with services and development teams to bring embed key learnings from customer engagements into strategic product initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Work effectively across Oracle with groups such as product management, engineering, finance, solutions architecture, and business development experts to achieve business objectives.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in OCI engineering to define clear product requirements and strategy for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.Manage early-stage product growth and customer adoption by working closely with sales and business development during the launch of OCI products.
Write compelling strategic product vision and requirement and effectively communicate requirements to teams at all levels from engineers to senior leadership.
Basic QualificationsAbility to translate customer and internal priorities into action
Experienced product management and business experience in technical development environments.
Track record of success, including creating product / project visions, crafting strategy, influencing leadership, empowering, and mentoring employees.
Stellar communication skills with the ability to dive deep on subject matter when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Economics or Business Administration
Experience working with large-scale platform systems.
Track record of working with senior executive leadership

ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Hiring Range:
from $70,400 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.9. 11 paid holidays
Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
