Core Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and check in vehicles for repairs
- Review damages with the customer and estimator
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicle
- Answer phone calls responding to inquiries in a professional, helpful manner or direct calls to the appropriate personnel for assistance
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 1 year of customer service experience is required; collision center experience is a plus
- The ability to think from the customer's perspective and show compassion while they navigate the vehicle repair process
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Reliable, motivated and service oriented
- Ability to multitask efficiently, with strong attention to detail
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
- Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment
This is an onsite position working in an office environment and occasionally in the shop collaborating with technicians and estimators, and assisting customers in person and over the phone.
