Job summary
The Employee Relations Officer (ERO) is responsible for providing support and guidance throughout the agency. This position may be available for remote work within Arizona.
- Support includes but is not limited to mediation, coaching, progressive discipline, employee development, administrative personnel investigations,
- training Provides and assists leadership with implementing administering and analyzing employee performance The ERO provides mediation helps foster a positive work relationship between employees managers supervisors and administrators The ERO provides consultative services to all areas within ADOT The ERO also creates and provides training within various entities at ADOT
