Job summary

The Office Administrator will oversee and manage the day-to-day office maintenance and supporting functions. This includes setting up company policies and procedures for other necessary assignments.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or office. Handle basic office tasks such as filing delivering mail answering emails phone calls data entry coordinate schedules manage calendars ensure activities are properly arranged with no conflicts make arrangements prepare documents presentation materials facilitate meetings enter update company employee client records ensure records reports are up to date order store distribute office supplies maintain repair replace officefacility equipment direct review optimize officoperations increase accuracy productivity efficiency reduce costs submit timely reports prepare presentations proposals assigned assist colleagues functional teams administrative tasks conduct document routine detailed facility inspections identify issues proactive work orders other responsibilities assigned

Mobility Essential Duties Responsibilities

Provide guidance support employees managers mobility policies processes requirements Manage coordinate endtoend process mobility assignments relocation translation housing support maintain accurate confidential employee records related mobility assignments develop relationships external vendors relocation providers leasing offices landlords property managers conduct briefings trainings employees managers global mobility policies processes cultural considerations support employees during relocation providing assistance housing other relocations matters maintaining general officfiles including job vendor files operations handle Company rental property furnishing details onsite deliveries setup household goods bedding supplies travel Corporate Construction Site offices Company rental properties ranging distance approximately minutes/mile radius make Regular periodic rental property site visits monitor observe conditions assess determine situations need servicing such lawn care gather details arising report manager proactively handle minor offer vendors options solutions communicate act liaison utility vendors repair service personnel obtaining report information needed maintain consistent communication apartment management staff needed additional responsibilities needed
