YOUR MISSION * Inspire with technology:

You will coordinate, plan, and monitor the operation, maintenance, and repair of technical building equipment, including heating, plumbing, ventilation, small refrigeration, elevator, and kitchen systems, as well as doors and gates in a defined area of the building, ensuring the proper functioning of the entire complex at all times.

* Foster teamwork: Communicate with our clients and internal and external service providers. * Tackle tasks: Order, train, coordinate, and monitor external contractors.
