Description

Everi is looking for a QA Analyst II to join our team As a QA Analyst, you'll craft and execute test cases to ensure top-notch quality and regulatory compliance.

You'll also adapt manual tests to software changes, provide project support, and troubleshoot issues.
What Will You Be Doing?

  • Regularly develops and executes test cases to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
  • Adapts manual tests to reflect software changes as needed.
  • Capable of recreating product environments, reporting findings, and suggesting improvements.
  • Provides comprehensive project support, including troubleshooting, defect identification, and enhancements.
  • Quickly escalates process obstacles, issues, and risks to management for resolution.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory change processes and provides documented evidence of testing outcomes.
  • Drives development tasks through the project delivery cycle.
  • Participates in development analysis and planning as required.
  • Assists in developing and implementing training and onboarding initiatives for specific areas or products.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:

  • 2+ years' experience in a quality assurance role; industry experience preferred.
  • Familiar with testing in an Agile environment.
  • Comfortable with backend testing like SQL and API testing utilizing Postman
  • Experience with code debuggers, bug tracking, and manage software in multisystem / server / external environments.
  • Experience using quality management tools.
  • Strong backend testing experience.
  • Scripting language experience preferred.
  • Automation of backend testing is preferred.
