Description

We are looking for open-minded, team-oriented, flexible, creative, athletic, and responsible individuals from all cultural backgrounds to join our team at Big Bend.

You

• have a high school diploma or equivalent on the day of employment that qualifies you for admission to a university in Bremen or
• have a middle school diploma or equivalent, as well as a completed vocational training with relevant work experience. (To obtain the qualification for university admission, passing the selection process is required, followed by an entrance exam at the University of Public Administration.)
• have good physical fitness and the necessary skills for police service
• possess a valid driver's license (temporary exceptions may be possible)
• hold German citizenship or citizenship of another member state of the European Union or a contracting state of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (exceptions for non-EU citizens are possible)
• are committed to upholding the principles of a free and democratic society
• have not been convicted of a crime or have any pending criminal proceedings at the time of employment.

Applicants who did not obtain their university entrance qualification at a German-speaking institution must provide proof of German language proficiency, at least at the C1 level of the Goethe Certificate or equivalent.
