Description
Well established Home Improvement Company in Murrieta is seeking a full time scheduler and customer service representative for a busy retail office environment.
Applicant must:
- Possess excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Multitask effectively
- Be detail oriented
- Work with the many different people and departments required to finish a job.
- Be comfortable on a multiphone system
- Possess knowledge of the surrounding areas for scheduling purposes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Will have a high school diploma and some college training
- Will have knowledge of the window covering industry or other home improvement experience
- Will maintain a positive attitude and be approachable at all times
- Is willing to learn and be teachable
