Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team.

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes.

This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical knowledge, experience in lawn care, and the ability to operate power tools.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
  • Identify and address common lawn issues such as weeds, pests, and diseases
  • Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape
  • Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
  • Install irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of lawns and plants
  • Clean up debris and leaves from lawns and landscapes
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping is preferred
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in lawn care operations
  • Familiarity with power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including tree care and trimming

Pay:
$ $20.72 per hour
