The Director of Culinary will provide oversight of all culinary production actions within Residential and work closely in collaboration with the Director of Retail Operations in Retail dining.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary, food service management, or related.
  • 7 to 10 years' related experience with 5 years of experience effectively managing a culinary staff.
