The student services organization is looking for individuals who want to work in the diverse environment of Berlin and its universities.

The Finance department works interdisciplinary with all areas of the student services organization. It is responsible for financial and asset accounting, as well as the billing of public and third-party funds.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing your team members, as well as ensuring the quality and continuous improvement of the ongoing financial accounting.

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Management, or equivalent knowledge and skills, such as a certified accountant or tax specialist
  • Several years of relevant work experience, ideally in a leadership position
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting, balance sheet accounting, and financial reporting
  • Empathy and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong numerical understanding with a broad perspective
  • Knowledge of nonprofit law and digitalization of invoicing processes is desirable
  • Selfdevelopment and communication skills
