Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring software projects
  • Gathering customer requirements for software development
  • Creating use cases according to specific requirements and communicating them to the development department
  • Regular communication with the development team regarding project status and challenges
  • Close collaboration with the software development, product development, production, and sales departments
  • Contributing ideas to the development process based on knowledge of the product and market
  • Assisting sales representatives with customer presentations and inquiries
  • Independently managing internal and external projects (customized for clients)

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Completed degree in engineering or a related field (Bachelor's, Master's, or Dipl.-Ing.) in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, technical informatics, or a similar field
  • Previous experience in development is ideal
  • Programming skills are not mandatory, but a basic understanding of software and computers/hardware is required
  • Basic knowledge of project management is necessary
  • Passion for new technologies and motivation to contribute to innovative projects for the benefit of our clients
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
  • Team-oriented approach with high self-initiative and motivation
